The access to EFIS Transfer Payment (TP), TP Reporting and Data Extract Tool
is currently restricted to authorized personnel identified by the senior business officials in the organizations using these applications.

External user access
To access these applications you need a user ID and a password. If you do not have a user ID and password, please fill out and print the registration form using your web browser (Google Chrome is recommended). The original form must be signed by the new user and a Senior Business Official / Director of Finance of the organization. Scan the completed form and email to EFIS Support at efis.support@ontario.ca.

Ministry user access
To access these applications you need a user ID and a password. If you do not have a user ID and password, please fill out and print the registration form using your web browser (Google Chrome is recommended). The original form must be signed by the new user and the authorizing manager/director of the branch in the ministry. Scan the completed form and email to EFIS Support at efis.support@ontario.ca.

We cannot activate the user ID and password until we receive the original completed form.

All requests for the applications’ user IDs and passwords will be confirmed with the requesting organization before the new account is activated.
